PRICES:
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
PURCHASE ORDERS:
Purchase orders and/or changes to them must be in writing via email, fax or post.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
Freight cost is not included in the prices. All freight charges are calculated on weight, parcel dimensions and distance. This will be displayed as a separate cost on your on-line order.
SHIPPING:
Champet Industries uses Australia Post to deliver goods Australia wide. All parcels are shipped via standard Australia Post from Rosebery, NSW, 2018. Deliveries are packaged on a per order basis. Products can be collected from our office in Rosebery.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Champet Industries accepts the following forms of payment:
Direct deposit into our bank account
Visa or MasterCard
American Express – This option will incur a 4% fee
PayPal
Cheques and Money Orders – These should be made payable to Champet Industries and sent to: Champet Industries, Suite 204, 30-40 Harcourt Parade, ROSEBERY NSW 2018.
Cash (Conditions apply)
Under no circumstances do we accept cash payments via the post and will not be held responsible for losses incurred.
All accounts are strictly pre paid unless otherwise agreed. All goods will be shipped once full payment has been received.
OWNERSHIP:
Where credit is extended in relation to any order, title and ownership of the goods concerned does not pass to the purchaser until all monies to be paid in respect of the order have been paid, in cleared funds, including freight, insurance, taxes and/or levies, notwithstanding that risk passes on dispatch. The purchaser and/or consignee of the goods hold the goods as a bailee for the purpose of this condition of sale.
CREDITS / CLAIMS / RETURNS:
In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims within 14 days of invoice date will be considered. Returned goods will not be accepted unless we have acknowledged your claim in writing and advised you to return your goods. No credit will be passed or refund issued until returned goods are received by us. We are not responsible for, nor will we accept, any freight charges in relation to returned goods unless specifically agreed in writing prior to goods being dispatched for return.
BROCHURE AND WEBSITE IMAGES:
Colours of items shown in our brochures and on our website are only indicative and must not be used for exact colour match.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are final on dispatch by us and any alteration will require a new order. The purchaser is liable for any costs and expenses incurred by us as a result of any order being cancelled.
INSURANCE:
All risk in relation to goods ordered passes to the purchaser on dispatch. We do not offer or arrange any insurance cover for goods in transit. We strongly recommend you make your own insurance arrangements. |
